Honest opinion of the house? With preference/bid day here, I want to hear thoughts on the house. I know guys from my hometown but haven't heard much about the house from others. Just a FR trying to make the best choice for a big decision.

Thanks to everyone I've met during the Zoom calls and table events.

Phi delt is not associated with IFC. Sororities risk punishment if caught socializing with them.

Was told only true for official events, ok if they show up to gatherings at the satellite house. Am I being told something wrong? Appreciate your previous response.

“Official” events are events with 3 or members according to university policy.

almost all frat events are unofficial, unaffiliated or not, and sororities can risk getting in trouble. do it. i promise you’ll have more fun not being apart of IFC anyways

Thanks for clarification. Would rather be with a recognized house vs always worrying about getting caught by the IFC.

Dont listen to these other guys. The uni offers absolutely nothing and the risk/reprecussions of getting caught by them is equal. Youll have a lot more fun with them
