Not certain that Sig Nu will take back the house right away when the suspension is lifted. The house needs the cash flow and leasing it out is much better vs having an empty house. Anticipate that it will take several years to get back to being able to fill the house. there are still monthly/yearly costs even though we own the house - nationals will not allow the housing corp to have negative cashflow. what I'm trying to say - SigPi won't be out of the house by 1 year. Not certain about DSig but I'd expect them to be in the same position with DChi.

The house will be vacant for a couple of years since how do we expect people will want to join the house. I can't see us getting enough members as there won't be any of us left on campus. who knows, by the time we're ready to fill the house the University will have abolished the greek system.

Hey you must not be getting out emails. We are looking to have them out of the house as soon as possible to do renovations and cleaning up any issues they may leave behind. With funds raised from renting we have plenty of cash flow to have it vacant while the repairs happen. This would be a project similar to our summer repairs but a full year to make transition for our new refounders as easy as possible.0
