Idk why lots of people are saying gphi is going down or lower than pi phi and kappa. Gphi consistently had pretty much all pretty girls. Honestly I do to understand the crazy hype over kappa, there's a handful of really pretty girls and the rest are average at best. Also a lot of middle tier houses are very underrated. Most have a decent amount of hot girls and they have a really good social life since they're not usually niched with just one or two frats for socials.

I agree except for the fact that G Phi IS going downhill. Compared to previous pledge classes, their last three have been mediocre. Pi Phi and Kappa are exceeding them by a landslide.
