Frat Ranks by TSM
by: Girls rank boys
Top Frats:
Phi Gamma Delta:115+ members, smaller chapter structure but kept well. Kinda has a rep or being try hards but makes sense where they stand.
Phi Kappa Psi: largest frat at Iowa. My personal favorite boys to hang out with and their house is beautiful. May have rep for being the “nerdy” frat but they obviously doing something right.
Sigma Phi Epsilon: Over 100 members and o boy if those wall could talk. Definitely the party group of the top houses. House may not be as nice as others but the backyard is perfect for darty.
Pi Kappa Alpha: Over 90 members and other girls may not agree, but I have them high on my list. Never had a bad time with them and something about them just separates them from the lower ones on my list
Mid level frats:
Sig chi: about 75 members. These boys, In my opinion, have fallen. Year or two ago there was no doubt they were a top house. Still fun and attractive guys just no longer my first choice.
Pi Kappa Phi: about 70 members. I think these guys are perfect example of a mid frat. Nothing bad to say about them but nothing that really separates them from the others.
Tau Kappa Epsilon: 75 members and another one people may not agree with. They have had a glow up these past few years.
Sig Pi: 65 guys who have grown up sense moving into sig nus house. But house just doesn’t have the same energy it use to when sig nu was there.
Lower level:
Delt sig: they have 50 members. Don’t have much time around them but like Sig pi, just don’t have the same flair as when delta chi lived there.
Lambda chi: about 45 members. They are nice guys but can’t keep up with bigger houses.
The other houses I just don’t know enough to give feed back about \n\n\n\n\n
