chi o is definitely the smartest house on campus by far, but not looks. look at half of them, average at best

This is so dumb. Everybody knows which houses are top and which are not. Theta is not top. They're the only ones who say do because they do t wanna except they're falling fast as other mid tier houses are getting better than them. Everyone has their opinions, and everyone is gonna think they're sorority is better than another. The end.
