If ratchet pledge classes are not considered top house material then I guess kappa and theta are a top house. HA.

Uhm ha the only people who actually think Theta's are in the top, are Theta's.. nobody else.
Top is Kappa Kappa Gamma, Pi Beta Phi, and Gamma Phi Beta, not exactly in that order but it's definitely them.
Then it's definitely Chi Omega, Alpha Phi, Delta Gamma, Delta Delta Delta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Zeta Tau Alpha, Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Zi Delta, and Delta Zeta

it's chi o, gphi, pi phi,
then kappa, theta, tri delt
then Alpha Phi, AXO, DG, Zeta
then ADPi, AXiD, DZ

G Phi, P Phi, Kappa, Chi O, A Phi, Tri Delt, Theta, DG, Zeta, A Chi O, A D Pi, AXD, then DZ ---- Agree with the top three, a phi, tri delt, and a chi o are on the rise while theta and dg are going downhill. Thetas pledge classes are getting worse every year, but this years dg pledge class is disgusting (excluding a handful), but theta is ahead of them for now.
