Changing Our Image
by: Not a top tier sororityI honestly believe that every sorority on our campus has something to offer, but I know that image and reputation also play a big part. Serious inquiries only, but how exactly are mid/lower tier houses able to become better and rise in the rankings? I love everything that my sorority represents, including the people and values. We just struggle with a reputation we can't seem to shake. What are ways that people genuinely believe we can change, or at least start to shake an unwanted reputation?

Always make sure to go for quality over quantity in recruitment. One bad, crazy, weird girl can really ruin your rep and destroy campus relations. Also, you gotta have pride in yourselves first and don’t try to overcompensate. Try to get involved on campus and in the Greek community, and reach out to smaller chapters and bond wit chapters outside of ifc. I think these are all things that help :) at the end of the day though, don’t worry too much or rep. You’ll only for four years
