Honestly lambda has been getting really solid pledge classes recently. Definitely on their way to be a top house.

Dsig has got a chapter house next Fall which is a plus for them considering they’re currently unhoused

DU has a mixture of really solid guys (they tend to be the older ones) but also some dorks, idk its always back in forth with most lower tier Frats, hopefully no one gets kicked off.
