transfer rushing

if a sophomore were to formally rush as a transfer student, are they at a disadvantage compared to incoming freshman? heard some houses don't care to get sophomores, thoughts?

I think generally you’d be fine. I rushed as a sophomore and it wasn’t a big deal. As long as you’re chill, it’s only a one year difference
