after pref round this year, i had to drop because of a family emergency. i was put on the COB list, but does anyone know if a chapter would actually have an opening? and if i just went through recruitment in the spring again, is it hard to get a bid as a sophomore? and is there an informal rush?

All chapters met/exceeded quota. Best bet check with phc.
