Any hot frats right now on the come up. I hear a lot about sig pi and I’m thinking of rushing this spring.

They are renting their house from sigma nu for like 4 years. When they move out they will be on level with DTD again.

they rented Pikes house a while back had good numbers but as soon as they lost it they dropped like flies. Same will happen when they move out of sig nu

When i rushed last year they said they were having a new house built. They mightve been lying tho since i havent heard anything about it. Happy to say i didnt end up there lmaooo

They been taking about building for so long now. The problem is with the city they would need a lot as big as kinnick to build. They need to have certain square footage per member as well as a parking spot for every member. Their best wish is if acacia can’t get enough members and they buy the house from them.
