problem getting a bid

Hey I need advice. I’m a social guy who has a lot of friends and wants to be in a frat. I’m ready for rush but there’s one problem. Before I came to college my mom wouldn’t buy me any new shorts. Now the only thing I have to wear to rush is cargo shorts and camo shorts. Do you think I can still get a bid? I walked past some frat guys downtown yesterday and they yelled “goober” and pointed at my cargos. Now I’m nervous I won’t get a bid :(

Dude just wear what you have, if they’re gonna judge you for your shorts you probably don’t want to rush that house any way.
