tri delt is a solid middle tier house, should be switched with theta. still a good house but they’ve been dropping in recent years, they shouldn’t be that high. switch dg and axid, dg has lost a lot of presence on campus while axid is rising. g phi needs to move down 1, they had a lot of trouble even getting a full pledge class last year because so many girls drop after bid day, chi o is way more involved on campus and they have a lower drop rate

I mostly agree, but for some reason am surprised by tri delt? They’re great at other schools but I never hear anyone talk about them here. Are they really that high?

Yeah they are tri delt has been getting hot pledge classes they’re girls just aren’t all up in your face sorority girls, much more genuine
