The University is literally doing everything possible to get rid of Greek life, they're not going to let a new chapter come to campus unless it's recolonizing

No national org wants to come here because they won't be able to get a house

As far as I can tell, Iowa has 4 inactive chapters that I would like to see reactivated someday! Those 4 are Sigma Kappa (Alpha Xi chapter), Alpha Gamma Delta (Beta Kappa chapter), Sigma Delta Tau (Pi chapter), and Theta Phi Alpha (Xi chapter).
If a new one were to colonize, I would like to see some smaller ones like Alpha Sigma Tau or Delta Phi Epsilon.

Unfortunately the university isn't allowed to build any new houses, so they'd have to find and purchase a house already standing.
