is there a minimum gpa?

I’m nervous. Is there a minimum GPA needed? I have a 2.9 out of 4.0. Do I have a chance?

Most sororities, if not all, have a minimum GPA requirement. The one I’m in has a minimum of at least a 3.1 or a 3.2 or something. So for example if you have anything less than a 3.2 they (almost) always will drop you after the first round so yes GPA does matter!

Ya if your GPA is below their minimum requirement expect to be dropped fast from that house unless you’re a legacy or have lots of recommendations!

If your gpa is that low you should probably wait a year anyway and get your college grades in order. If all goes well, then join next year. Sororities like theta, chi o, kappa will def drop you if you’re lower than a 3.0
