rushing a sorority as a junior

So I'm transferring to Iowa as a junior, but more than likely I'll be on the 4 1/2 to 5 year plan. Is it weird to rush as a junior? Joining one is something I've always wanted to do, but I don't want to get judged for being so much older than the other girls.

Not unheard of. Talked to a couple of girls rushing as juniors because they transferred or were studying abroad.
