Act like a top house when they clearly are not. Most are really stuck up. Like half are hot and the other half are not. Mixed personalities. Always get good grades though. Kind of boring tbh

I would say Theta is a upper middle house. They have nice girls from who I know and good grades every semester, but I still see them out at parties so they seem well rounded for the most part. There a lot of great sororities at Iowa though, and I would go into rush with an open mind either way.

Last PC was hot af but honestly a good mix of girls and don't seem too much like your stereotypical fake sorority chicks
