why is Delta Zeta, Alpha Delta Pi, and Alpha Chi Omega so bad? girls I know at Iowa have told me to avoid them but why?

From a guys perspective AXO and ADPi actually have a few good looking girls. DZ, on the other hand, does not. However AXO is probably more outgoing than ADPi, who tend not to show up to even their own socials
