I am rushing here next year as a freshman and like to hangout and be with cool people and party. I keep seeing Kappa and Pi Phi and Gphi are the biggest ones that go out is that correct

Yes. Those are also the top houses here so obvi they go out. But all houses party, some just harder than others like kappa gphi and aphi. But in every house there will be partiers lol this is the university of iowa afterall
