Haha this isn't even a fair comparison SAE is such a joke that they resort to talking about parties to their PNMs as a selling point. Ask any girl that has experience with both and pikap wins hands down. SAE is that way overhyped house and pikap is that lowkey and humble house that doesn't resort to talking bad on other chapters
