what about theta?

Alright, I might rush next year. Thoughts on theta after first semester? Are they a top house? Do they party? What about them overall?

Theta is a pretty good sorority. They have nice girls and are decent partiers with, I hear, good grades. Other houses are good also, I would make sure you find the house you feel most comfortable with instead of looking for a top house.
