sororities- best partiers, most popular ranks?

I’m a gal who’s looking to join a sorority in fall of 2018. I’ve always been a partier and I want to go out anf have fun with relevant and friendly girls!

Which sorority is the best in terms of parties, popularity, looks, etc.?

You will never get into a sorority if you tell them all you want to do is party. That is a major part of greek life but don't look like an idiot in front of every house.. no house finds that attractive.
