Which fraternities and sororities are most down to earth in general?

Honestly it will be the less popular sororities and frats that will be overall more down to earth such as dz, axd, alpha sig, du, and zeta
pikapp and pi phi are in my experience very nice also
each chapter though has such a diverse group that you will find down to earth people and others that arent
