everyone knows none of these rankings are real, just a bunch of self promotion and personal vendettas
top tier is g phi theta chi o kappa, upper mid is a phi and pi phi, middle is tri delt, zeta, and dg, lower middle is a chi o, and adpi, bottom is azd dz and aephi

Pretty much the most spot on of any of the posts I've seen. Tri delt I think below axo since their pledge class this year is not that good

Finally a ranking that is actually like correct. Forgot tri delt though but is put them inbetween aphi and axo too.

Zeta should be below adpi. Does anyone even hangout with zeta? Straight out suck this year. Never see them out.

theta? i can assure you theta is nowhere near top tier. although theres some nice/good looking girls -no fraternity (or sorority for that matter) considers theta in a top tier....except maybe theta
