I'm probably transferring to Iowa next semester and I'm in SAE at my current school. Are they good here or not really?

This is their first year back on campus so they are by no means a "top house". But they are on the rise and they just got their house back this semester

They're definitely gonna be one of the top houses within a few semesters. They got their house back and have been working their way up
