Plus SAE will be middle to top tier within the next couple of semesters until they get kicked off campus for the tenth time. Literally a revolving door...

SAE's house resides in the middle of frat circle. I just lol'd at that revolving door comment. They're definitely rising fast, we'llhave to see if they trip or not

SAE just got TKE's old house this summer. I wouldn't say they're rising just cause they finally got house lol.

Phi Psi is not even a top tier house. Tailgate is very average. They only had 200 kids rush their house, and they don't hv sober drivers. They belong behind Sig chi phi delt and Sig Nu. Why do you think they belong second
