top is aphi,gphi, kappa not piphi

Im sorry but piphi hasn't been a top house since 2015. ever since the scandal where they lost their whole exec and half their pledges they have not been able to bounce back and last year their pledges were middle level. Im not sure why they keep self ranking on here
