Tailgate can not be touched by the school do to it is a private entity and private contract. However, cops can come into play and end them off if you will. IFC and the school really have no role for it and sorta let it slide under the table.

Frats can't really have any party's at their houses now, if they get caught social probation for 6 months and loss of recruitment. If get caught again chapter review (Aka pull the plug, see ya). Also no and or a lot less dirty rushing this year.

Socials with alcohol still on ban. More news to come before the school year.

Formals still no word if completely banned, restricted to just in Iowa, or within a certain mile radius of Iowa City.

Lol the ban is just for official events, you best bet all the decent chapters on campus will still be socialing, tailgating and having as many unofficial events as they want. Honestly the only chapters on campus lame enough to actually let this ban kill their social calendar are DZ and all the unhoused chapters and lbr they never really had a social calendar in the first place
