what's the status on sigma chi?

Coming to Iowa next month and looking to Rush. I'm just curious what's up with SigChi since I've heard a lot of rumors on both sides: inactive/not inactive, kicked off/still around, etc.

Just looking for for some clarification here.

Not looking for a "SigChi sucks so don't rush them" answers. Looking for real answers.
