I'm back with honest frat rankings for this upcoming year. Same rules apply, 2 on the same line means they are interchangeable. (Also if I include frats that have been kicked off/ were previously kicked off it means they've maintained enough of a rep to be included...I'm looking at you Sig Chi)

Top Tier:
Sig Chi/ Phi Delt/ Phi Psi
Sig Nu/ Kappa Sig

Middle Tier:
Pike
DChi/Sig Pi
Fiji
Pi Kapp

Bottom Tier:
Lamda
Delts/ SAE
Beta/ Teke

Sig Chi is straight but let's be real can't be a top house as an inactive chapter with no house. Also go home Kappa Sig, not on par with Sig Nu. This geed can't even spell "Lambda". Not accurate lol

If anything Pike belongs in top tier. Best tailgate, huge pledge classes last year and associates with every top sorority. Like who even hangs out with Kappa Sig?

Sig Chi is basically dead. Take Sig Chi out of the top, swap pike for kappa sig, and toss fiji in the uppers.

Bring up SAE into lower middle, in addition to getting their house back, they had a really solid spring recruitment, and if they can pull of a solid fall pledge class it'll definitely bump them up.
