This is totally based on the last 2 years of recruitment, especially with all the changes that have gone on within chapters in the last year alone. Those on the same tier are on the same playing field.
Top: A Phi - G Phi - Kappa
Upper mid: Chi O - Pi Phi
Mid: Theta - DG - Tri Delt
Lower mid: AXO - AXiD - Zeta - ADPi
Bottom: DZ

I would probably move AXO up to mid since a lot of girls that pref at AXO usually pref at DG and Theta as their other preference house. I would also move TriDelt up to upper mid. Their last two pledge classes have been very good and the girls have become much classier and involved on campus in the past two years!
