Move D Chi and Pike down to their own row, socially they're just not at the same level as SNu and KSig

LOoks good, I think sig chi and phi delt are pretty even for that top spot while phi psi is the obvious third. SN and KS should be separate from d chi and Pike, and Pike should be ahead of D chi due to better tailgates and not being on probation.
