What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

Top Tier: GPhi, Kappa, Chi O
Upper Middle Tier: Pi Phi, A Phi, Tri-Delt
Lower Middle: Theta, DG, AXO
The Rest: Not worth mentioning

Top Tier is pretty much secured. The upper and middle tiers could swap spots depending on this year's pledge class.

Theta's seniors are hot and they did a very good job with their freshman class. But juniors and sophomores are definitely a part of the lower half of pledge classes on campus for those years. Theta is not a top house anymore, but another good pledge or two and they could make a case

Theta had a terrible pledge class last year. I don't know about this year yet but I wouldn't place them above Kappa or Pi Phi for a top 3 spot.

top tier: gamma phi beta, kappa kappa gamma, chi omega
middle tier: pi beta phi, tri detla, theta, DG
....the rest don't really matter
-gphi's are def top house, pretty party girls. sometimes snobby, "typical sorority girls"
-kappa's are equally as crazy, fun and funny girls, not quite as pretty, rich
-chi o's are smart and pretty, don't go out nearly as much
