best upcoming fraternities

Being that I am rushing this spring and nobody can agree on who's top tier, which frats had the best pledge classes this fall? Also who is upcoming, and who is falling?

sig nu is on the hard decline
kappa sig and dchi on the rise

phi psi/phi delt
sig chi/sig nu
kappa sig/ dchi
pike/sig pi
fiji/ pi kapp

rest are irrelevant, slash means they are interchangeable

Kappa sigma shouldn't be compared to Dchi. Kappa sigma is clearly on the up roar and Dchi is remaining stagnant.

Depends what you're looking for SAE and Delta Tau Delta are some of the nicest and most genuine guys i've met who also know how to party.
