best frats?

They're actually not on a tier at all. They've had two registered date parties which means they had to have been on tier zero.

Sigma Nu has had more kids rush their house this year (250) then any frat. Phi delt was second (240) and Phi Psi was third (180). Look it up

Pike spike is a national joke. No one cares about these rankings that are clearly posted by whichever house is moved up two spots than their regular position in the post. Don't try to make your average house look better by trying to degrade another, it doesn't work like that and makes Greek Life look bad as a whole.

Sigma Pi is no where near a top house, they don't even have an actual house to begin with.
