Leadership ability I think is one all chapters love to see in potential new members. Not only could you have potential to be a leader in your own chapter but also in organizations across campus. Another thing we look for is if you are able to connect have fun with us. We are searching for new members that are going to be our new life long friends, and if you cannot connect on a deeper level or be silly with us, we might not be sure that you will fit in our chapter or not. Lastly, we love to hear you talk about something you are passionate about too. Whatever it may be, it tells us something about your character as a person and if you care about something that much it shows a unique side of you that we would want to hear more about.
