tips i have for recruitment

These are some of my tips! others feel free to add yours.
1. have memorable stories, that show off what you're interested in
2. try and be friends with the girl your talking to, make it so she wants to be friends with you. this isn't a job interview, she wont be your boss after bid day.
3. smile a laugh at what the girl is telling you if appropriate.
4. don't try and seem too cool where you come off as a show off.
5. do your best to keep the convo flowing, have questions ready to ask them in case theirs an awkward pause.
