Now that Kappa Sig is getting a house they're definitely above Pike and especially Sig Pi. Also put DChi before Fiji and switch Pi Kapp and Delts.

Kappa Sig is getting a house and have risen quickly, and TKE and PiKapp are losing theirs. If Delts had a house they'd be up way higher, and I think Lambda was the best of the worst this year. Interested to see how formal recruitment goes for all these chapters.

Wonder how SAE is gonna do but I feel like there's gonna be a lot of movement between the middle and bottom chapters

I think it'll take SAE a few years before they're relevant or even close to how good they were before they got kicked off. Having a house and being strong nationally will definitely help them though. Pi Kapp will probably fall of a bit but I think TKE will take a much bigger hit. The rankings of the middle tier and top tier house are spot on, especially now that Kappa Sig has a house.

So is Kappa Sig taking over PiKapp's house then, or Sig eps? I also have heard SAE owns TKE and will cancel their lease and take over after they colonize this year. Could be a great chance for another house to join and become a quality addition to the University, am excited to see which directions they decide to take

Kappa Sig got their own house that is next to Sig Ep (so its by Sig Chi, Phi Delt etc) and Acacia is taking over Pi Kapps house as well.

PiKapp will still have their house next year though. TKE is losing theirs next semester I believe.
