I am going to be a freshmen here in the fall. I want to rush because my roommate is. How competitive is it? Out of the top houses which have best sisterhood and goes out a lot?

I would move Pi phi and chi o to the top and AXO to middle. Even tho Pi phi and chi o aren't as good as the other 3, they're still significantly better than the other middle tiers
