are there actually sororities with no socials??

I am looking to potentially transfer & see that some sororities apparently have "no social life". Is this true??

Sometimes sororities get put on social probation so theyre not allowed to have socials, but the majority of sororites have socials. When people say a sorority has no social life its bc they dont have socials with top frats
