Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 1.6 Don't have a house and won't be getting one anytime soon. Really on the down fall. Their last two years of pledge classes are a joke. Not good looking at all. Good luck, going to need a miracle to come even close to back.

Sigma Pi - ΣΠ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.6 They do really strong for not having a house. I have heard rumor that they will be breaking ground and starting construction on a house by winter. If they happens i could differently see a rise from these guys.
