Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 1.0 Phi Delt tries hard to be "frat" and prejudge anyone who isn't a phi delt. Most of them are pretty awkward around girls and we pick girls up from their parties to go to ours.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 5.0 See these guys at DC's and around Iowa City. They actually talk to girls and don't just try and buy them drinks to get in our pants. Overall genuine, fun, respectful and the type of guy I want to date in college. Not stuck in the high school days of high top sneakers and ranky clothes.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Iowa - UI 3.2 These guy's have a nice house and a solid group of guys, but the obvious and massive quantity of self-ranks is pretty discerning. I have always felt that they have had solid upperclassmen leadership, but the younger guys have this aroma of tryhardness that is pretty evident. Overall, they are at the top of the Upper Middle Tier Fraternities and could easily overtake Phi Psi as more of the smart and preppy top tier house but in the end the House doesn't make the Fraternity.

These guy's have a nice house and a solid group of guys, but the obvious and massive quantity of self-ranks is pretty discerning. I have always felt that they have had solid upperclassmen leadership, but the younger guys have this aroma of tryhardness that is pretty evident.
