It's a shame that no one on here is ever serious with their rankings. The Delts are new and don't have a house yet, but that doesn't stop them from being some of the greatest fraternity guys I've met. Their recruitment this year was a little small, but the quality of guys is awesome. These guys are classy, care about the community, and know how to really have some fun. They are what gives fraternities at Iowa a good rep.

top tier for sure. i have met some great girls in this house. every girl in this house is different, but still all good looking. fun to social with too.

Working themselves up this year with a better pledge class. Definitely some weirdos, but isn't that in every frat? Really nice guys and throw good socials.

I personally like phi psi. yes, they aren't known to have killer parties, and they won't social with you unless you are in either theta or chi o, but these guys are cool and people know who they are on campus. definitely not low tier for sure.
