i think they tend to fly under the radar more than other frats just because they're so small, but all of their guys that i've met are really genuine and good looking too. and you can tell that they take the community service aspect of greek life very seriously too. i think if they could just get a house and start bringing in bigger pledge classes they could be a top house in a few years

i think it's safe to say that after this year's recruitment, sig ep is in the top five. maybe even top three. regardless, a top house for sure. definitely better then phi psy or phi delt IMO...

this house kinda just straddles the middle. not bad, but not really great either. who knows what upcoming pledge classes will bring, but right now it's not a top house but it's not really bottom tier either.

i'd say sigma chi is iowa's top house. idk why people think they're "not involved." they're probably the house with the most members doing dance marathon or polar plunge or relay for life, which says a lot. they're hot, they party hard, and they give back to the community. what more cold you want?
