Theta isn't what it used to be but they're still upper middle tier or lower bottom. They don't have much of a presence of campus (in a party aspect OR an involvement aspect) but they get good grades and seem pretty genuine. Not a bad house to join.

A Xi D is bottom tier. They have an awesome philanthropy and do great things for it but they're not cute, hang out with some pretty low-tier frats, and are not the most classy individuals. Buuuut I do think their pledge classes have been getting cuter.
