Alpha Phi has definitely made its way to the top tier.. They have better grades than a lot of the top tier houses (besides Chi O) and their pledge classes keep getting hotter and hotter. Top frats love partying with them and they were a top recruitment house this year (over Kappa and Pi Phi)... People need to accept the fact that Aphi is one of the best houses on campus now.
