FRESHMAN BEWARE: most of the posts putting Phi Delt as a top rank are self posted by Phi Delt, will Phi felt grow? Absolutely their house is too nice not to. However they currently have ZERO members, growth will be fast and with fast growth comes lots of risk, don’t be surprised if by the end of your school career these guys are kicked out again.
