I don't know how these guys have a charter. They rent their house out to people that aren't even in their chapter that they beg to live there, I've never seen someone in their letters, stats don't even know they exist, and they have no involvement in the community. This chapter is exactly what all chapters will look like if the university continues down this path.

A year ago I would’ve said these guys were on an upward trend potentially. However, their small pledge class (out recruited by FIJI and off campus chapters) along with the quality of their new members is concerning. A couple of my friends have had bad experiences with some of their new members which isn’t a good look. There’s potential here, but as of now they are bottom-tier
