We love hanging out with these girls. They're all super chill and always a good time. Plus they just won a GPA award or something. Top tier for sure.

Did not have a very good recruitment...too bad. Used to be top teir.

By the numbers had the best recruitment on campus. New pledge class in beautiful and they are definitely on their way to being the top house if they're not already. Won award for most improved GPA last spring too..watch out for the tridelts!

Can get a bad rep at times for being party guys. In reality, these guys are top 3 in grades are consistently top in community service hours and stay out of trouble the past 3 years. Not to mention they have some of the best social functions out there. Great fun with an underrated group of guys. Not you typical "frat guy" either. Wide variety of guys.

Great house. Very successful Philanthropy. Above average group of guys. I would rank them in the upper middle tier/upper tier level. One problem is though is that they weren't selective with rush this year. Quality triumphs quantity especially in Sally Mason's witch hunt.
