Pretty similar to Phi-Psi... but differ in the fact that they are extremely douchey and mean to people. They are disrespecting towards women and even the younger members of their house. I have a few friends in there that seem to really like it though. They say their parties are really fun, although I want to steer clear. I would say if you can't get into Phi Psi, try Phi Delt. They are definitely a middle tier.

I would probably say it has the reputation of being the worst house on campus, but at least they aren't douchebags like a lot of the others. If you seem to click with them during rush, go for it. They seem to have a pretty strong brotherhood, regardless of their reputation.

Phi Psi is definitely still the number one fraternity on campus. Out of all the frats at Iowa, they are definitely the most respectful and attractive. Their reputation in the non-greek community is really strong. It seems like they have a solid group of pledges this year too, I've heard nothing but good things. I'm not sure why people would think they're losing steam... I see them continuing to do great things on campus. But that's just my two cents.
